One of the most-asked questions I get is: How many scripts do you read?
My answer: between 1000-1200 every year.

In addition to freelancing, I am the Artistic Director of the Epiphanies New Works Festival, where I have the privilege of working with artists from across the country and around the world on developing exciting new plays.

I serve on the Creative Team for MusicalWriters.com, where I work specifically with contemporary musical theatre writers on developing their shows for the stage.
​
I even serve as the Screenplay Programmer for the Waco Indie Film Festival, ​where I work with screenwriters to help get their work produced, often right here in Waco.
My core values are:

Authenticity. My job is to ensure that the story you're telling is not only accurately depicted, but a genuine extension of both your own voice and the characters that inhabit the world you've created.

Creativity. My job is to ask questions, challenge your notions of what the 'right' way to tell your story is, and ultimately encourage an element of the unexpected. (Because at some level, that's what live theatre is all about, right?)

Bravery. My job is to create an environment in which you're unafraid to tell your story in its fullness, whatever that might be, being that stories bravely told are how we change the world.
